Full-Service Planning & Design
- Access to Vivian Lyttle Events planning resources, which include a suggested planning timeline and templates
- A tailored list of trusted local vendor recommendations to suit your style and budget
- An in-depth meeting and site visit six (6) to eight (8) weeks before the wedding day
- Creation and management of detailed event itinerary and floor plan to be shared with all vendors and host
- Coordination with all vendors in the month leading up to the wedding
- Rehearsal supervision, if desired
- Day-of event management, including styling of event location, for up to 12 hours
Do you already know what your celebration will look like? Or are you a couple who wants to plan your day and hand it off a month before? This is the perfect option for you. Vivian would be happy to take your plans and ensure they run perfectly - coordinating with vendors, taking care of last minute details and managing your day - leaving you free to sip on bubbly and hit the dance floor!
Wedding Management
- In depth meeting to discuss your vision, design inspiration and budget
- Development of a wedding design inspiration board - including suggestions for fashion, floral design, linens, rentals and other decor for each part of the day (ceremony, cocktails, reception)
- Assistance in building quotes with talented vendors who will bring the design to life (florals, rentals, stationery)
